The problem
Batting technique analysis usually needs a coach or specialist equipment. The goal was to get it from a phone video.
What I built
Deep learning models that track a batsman’s pose frame by frame and classify the shot being played. I then rebuilt the inference path behind a scalable backend so it ran in real time on device video rather than offline in a notebook.
Google Gemini, integrated through the cross-platform client, turns each tracked innings into personalized coaching recommendations and a numeric performance rating.
